• Select "Tools"
• Select "Options".
• Select "Privacy".
• In Private area click "Clear Now".
• In "Clear Private Data" window put the check mark for "Browsing history" and click "Clear Private Data Now".

• Select "Tools"
• Select "Options".
• Select "Privacy".
• Open "History" tab and click "Clear Browsing history now".
• Click OK.

1. Open the Tools menu.
2. Select Delete private data
3. Click the "Details" button
4. Select "Clear history of visited links".

How to clean visited sites in Opera 8.x
Go to "Edit" menu and select "Preferences".
Select "Navigator" under the "Category" listing.
Select "Clear History" in the "History" area.
Click "OK" to clear browser history.
To clean search history in Internet Explorer 7.0:
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Internet Options".
• Open the "General" tab.
• In "Browsing history" area click the "Delete" button.
• In "Delete browsing history" window click "Delete forms" button and then click "Yes".
• Click Close and then click OK.
To clean search history in Internet Explorer 6.x:
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Internet Options".
• Open the "Content" tab.
• Click the "AutoComplete" button.
• Click the "Clear forms" button to erase search history.
• Click OK.
How to clean search history in Firefox 2.0:
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Options".
• Select "Privacy".
• In Private area click "Clear Now".
• In "Clear Private Data" window put the check mark for "Saved form and Search History" and click "Clear Private Data Now".
• Click OK.
How to clean search history in Firefox 1.x:
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Options".
• Select "Privacy".
• Open "Saved Forms" tab and click "Clear Saved Form Data Now".
• Click OK.
How to clean Google Toolbar search history
To clear search history in Google toolbar:
• Click on the Google logo on the Toolbar to access the drop-down menu.
• Select the "Clear Search History" option. This will clear all the previous searches from the drop-down box.
This only clears the search history from the Google Toolbar, which is entirely separated from the search history stored by your browser. To completely clear search history you should also clear your browser search history.
How to disable Google Toolbar search history
To disable Google Toolbar history:
• Click on the Google logo on the Toolbar to access the drop-down menu.
• Select "Options".
• Open "Search" folder and uncheck the box next to "Drop-down search history."
To completely clean search history you should also clean your browser search history.
How to clean Yahoo Toolbar
Yahoo! Toolbar remembers your recent searches so that you can easily find the things you searched for previously.
To clean Yahoo Tollbar search history:
• Click the Settings tab or Pencil icon.
• Select "Clear Recent Searches".
Note: This operation just clear Yahoo! Toolbar history but Yahoo! Toolbar will remember your searches in the future.
How to clean Yahoo Toolbar search history on browser close
o clear search history in Yahoo toolbar when you close your browser:
• Click the Settings tab or Pencil icon.
• Select "Toolbar Options".
• Select "Auto-clear recent searches when exiting IE" so there's a checkmark in the box next to it.
• Click "OK".
Note: Yahoo! Toolbar for Mozilla Firefox currently does not have the ability to automatically clear search history on exit.
