Clipboard

Clipboard is a temporary storage area used by Windows. Information (such as text, files, graphics, sound, or video) can be copied to the clipboard from one program or location and pasted elsewhere. Clipboard can only hold one piece of information at a time. Whenever something is copied to clipboard, it replaces whatever there was in clipboard before.

Why you should clean Clipboard

Clipboard is a temporary storage area for information that you have copied or moved from one place and plan to use somewhere else. You can select text or graphics and then use cut/copy commands to move your selection to clipboard, where it will be stored until you use paste command to insert it elsewhere.
