Saved Form data (Form AutoComplete)
When you enter information in web forms or the search bar in your browser, this information is saved so that your browser can give suggestions when you enter information in forms in the future. To stop this behavior, you should clean form data in your browser and configure your browser not to save forms information.
Form information and everything you type in web pages (e.g. your name, e-mail address, credit card information, keywords you enter in search engines, etc.) is stored in your browser because of feature called AutoComplete. AutoComplete helps the user complete the form by suggesting possible matches - you can simply press the down arrow key and select the text without finishing typing.
Why you should clean form data (Saved Form data)
Although AutoComplete helps complete forms by suggesting possible matches - you can simply press the down arrow key and select the text without finishing typing, it can compromise your privacy as anyone who has access to your computer can see a drop down list with information you have typed on web pages. Also various malicious software can use Form AutoComplete data to steal your personal information such as your name, e-mail address, credit card information and/or retrieve web sites passwords stored as autocomplete data.

How to clean form autocomplete in Internet Explorer
When you enter information in web forms or the search bar in Internet Explorer, that information is saved so that Internet Explorer can give suggestions when you enter information in forms in the future.
Internet Explorer 9.0
To clean saved information that you have typed into forms, select 'Delete Browsing History' from the Tools menu, select 'Form data' and click the 'Delete' button.
To disable form autocomplete, open the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Then open the Content tab and click 'Settings' under AutoComplete
Remove the checkmark for Forms
This will clean saved form data. If you need to clean autocomplete information in the address bar, you should clean the Address bar history.
If you want to prevent your browser from storing form autocomplete data, you should disable AutoComplete
Internet Explorer 8.0
Open the 'Tools' menu and select 'Delete browsing history'. Under 'Form data', select 'Delete forms' and click 'Delete'.
To clean Form AutoComplete in Internet Explorer 7.0:
Open the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
Open the General tab and in the Browsing history area click Delete.
In the Delete browsing history window, to clear AutoComplete, click the Delete forms button.
If you don't want Internet Explorer to save form information you enter on websites, you should disable form AutoComplete (turn off Form AutoComplete).
To disable Form Data AutoComplete in Internet Explorer 7.0:
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
Open the Content tab.
Under AutoComplete, click the Settings button.
In the AutoComplete Settings window select what information your browser will remember - remove check marks from AutoComplete options you don't need (Web Address, Forms, User names and passwords on forms).
To clean Form AutoComplete history in Internet Explorer 6.x:
Select "Internet Options".
Open the "Content" tab.
Click the "AutoComplete" button.
Click the "Clear forms" button to clear all AutoComplete form data and/or click the "Clear Passwords" to clear restored passwords.
Firefox saved form information
When you enter information in web forms or the search bar in Firefox, that information is saved so that Firefox can give suggestions when you enter information in forms in the future.
How to clear form Autocomplete in Firefox
To open the Clear recent history window, press Ctrl + Shift + Del
From the 'Time range to clear' drop-down menu select how often you need to clean Form Autocomplete.
Then open the 'Details' menu and select Form and Search history and click 'Clear Now'
To prevent Firefox from storing form and search history:
click on the Tools menu at the top of the Firefox window
Open the Options menu and select Options
Click the drop-down menu next to 'Firefox will', choose 'Never remember history'.
For Firefox 3.0
Open the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options'.
Open the 'Privacy' tab and under the Private area click 'Clear Now'.
In the 'Clear Private Data' window select the form and search history and click 'Clear Private Data Now'.
To stop storing forms data in Firefox 2.0:
In History area remove the check mark for "Remember what I enter in forms and the search bar".
How to clean form information in Firefox 2.0:
In the Private area click "Clear Now".
In the "Clear Private Data" window put the check mark for "Saved form and Search History" and click "Clear Private Data Now".
Note: You can configure Firefox clean form data when you close it. In this case you should click the 'Settings' button and select 'Saved Form information' option, click OK and then select 'Always clear my private data when I close Firefox'
