Why you should clean Internet history tracks

In many cases Internet history stored on your PC is useful as it speeds up loading of webpages and makes web surfing more convenient. But Internet history contains details about every website you visited and it may seriously compromise your privacy. If someone else could see your Internet files, he/she would be able to see everything you had done while Internet surfing.

To protect your privacy you should clean Internet history. There are two ways to clean Internet history - manually or using special software.
Getting rid of your Internet history manually is much more difficult than you would think as Internet history is stored in many different locations and simple cleaning browser history, cache and cookies is not enough. Also some kinds of Internet history can't be cleaned manually. And the worst thing - if you delete Internet history files using 'Delete' button and even if you use 'Empty Recycle Bin' option, it doesn't clear Internet history forever.

If you are not an expert and want permanently delete Internet history tracks from your PC, you should use special software.

What Internet history tracks should be cleaned
- history of visited sites;
- search history;
- form data (AutoComplete);
- cache;
- clean cookies;
- index.dat files;
- address bar history;
- delete stored passwords.
